The world is full of tragic events and circumstances and suicide is likely the most painful and devastating of all. Yet, suicide is preventable especially when a person understands the necessity of protecting their soul and outer consciousness from harmful influences by maintaining a strong connection with their Higher Self.

The causative factors and forces behind suicide are complex and are tied to the warfare waged by darkness upon the soul. I recommend you become familiar with the material on this website on the Darkness Comes to Terra page while considering the following ideas. It is important to be informed about the nature of your own soul and realistic about the various negative influences that can affect our lives. We must be neither fearful nor in a state of denial about the existence of evil. The information on the Darkness page may give you a new perspective and provide details about our world you are not familiar with.

I strongly believe that the only sure protection a person has against the insidious force of suicide and the entire array of challenges and temptations of the world is a person’s full understanding and acceptance of their identity in God. And our true identity is not the standard version of self that prevails today. Unfortunately, the average person on the street has a minimal understanding of the profound nature of his or her identity in God. But the teachings of the ascended masters have been released to change this unfortunate lack of awareness.

​​

Where to start? Here is a layout of some of the factors operating in our society that can work against the peace of mind and mental health of any normal person. When these factors “gang up” on a person to create a compounded negative force, they can overwhelm a person’s equilibrium and create such mental and emotional turmoil that he or she becomes desperate, looking for a way to escape the struggle. Suicide, however, is never the appropriate way to escape a crisis, no matter how difficult it is.

​

The factors that can influence suicide are briefly listed here and then described with additional detail in sections below.

• Many people have either lost or never developed a strong spiritual anchor. Without faith, belief, and understanding that the cosmos was created by the Almighty with purpose, love, and governing laws and that each of us is an integral part of a divine plan, a person can be like a ship tossed on the waves and heading who knows where.

• Anyone that accepts the theory of evolution as the ultimate truth about the origin of human life is at a serious disadvantage. In times of weakness, it can lead to the mindset, “If I am just another animal walking the earth, what does anything I do really matter?” This kind of thinking is an open door for anything from mediocrity to self-destruction.

• Not only is belief in the one God essential, the individual needs to understand their importance and position in the divine scheme of things. As recorded by John in scripture: “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.” (I John 3:2) We are not just observers in this divine drama, we are essential players. And if a person lacks a strong sense of destiny within, he or she may falter or be deterred.

• In the spiritual warfare against the soul, forces of darkness project suicide as being a legitimate way for a person to escape their troubles. Suicide is often glorified as “noble” in popular entertainment.

• Pop culture is not an innocent pastime. Violent and sex-oriented music and videos draw down a person’s energies to the lower chakras and away from the upper chakras where we commune with spirit. Marijuana, nicotine, and other drugs pollute the body and rob youth and young adults of energy needed to learn, work, and build successful lives.

• Suicide results in a serious karmic penalty and is a serious set-back for the evolving soul. And euthanasia (a self-inflicted, so-called “good death”) carried out by an aging baby boomer or any other generation may pop the balloon of what otherwise was a “good life.”

​

Failure to understand the self as a divine being and being oblivious to the potential relationship we can have with God is a major shortcoming in the world. How can a person have the wherewithal to endure the bombardment of a frenzied modern world without a strong spiritual foundation based upon divine truth? Thanks to the teachings of the ascended masters, persons that do not find themselves satisfied with orthodox religion and are willing to explore age-old truth and new avenues of thought can now learn more about their spiritual identity than was available in the faith of their parents and grandparents.

​​

Science wrongly bets only on evolution. A person needs to be skeptical of the theories proposed by scientists that suggest human beings are only the result of a long evolutionary process driven by natural forces where we developed from life simple forms into complex beings capable of deciphering our own origin. Such a model seems to put a lot of faith in the “goodness and intelligence” of natural forces to have accomplished such a feat and fails to make the obvious connection by acknowledging the hand of God in action.

​

Fortunately, the spiritual science of the Almighty has a much higher vantage point than material science and it checkmates misguided scientific dogma. For example, certainly evolution is a universal trend in the cosmos, but the driving force behind evolution is the self-transcending nature of God’s own energy, which is life itself, and from which all matter and being is composed. The flow of life energy inherently drives "upliftment" and advancement, hence evolution. So, evolution is not merely a product of the law of the jungle, the survival of the fittest; it is a product of one aspect of God’s intention for his creation.

​

So, the danger of ignoring the voice of the soul, and believing that a person is merely a biological animal instead of a soul developing self-mastery and moving toward the goal of eternal life, must be rejected. Knowing who we are helps us persevere and do whatever we can to fulfill a promise made in scripture, “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation, for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.” (James 1:12) In this case, the shallow logic of materialistic science is an example of a “temptation.”

​

Pearl of Great Price. Another awareness that bolsters the consciousness against self-inflicted death in any of its forms is the understanding of the spectacular opportunity that life is. The apostle Paul declares, "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit which are God’s.” (I Cor 6:20) Heaven has made a huge investment in each one of us, not only at the time of our creation in the image of God long ago, as a unique being in all of cosmos, but also in the preparation of a life plan prior to each of our incarnations. This planning includes the selection of our parents and coordinating our birth with the incarnation of other souls with whom we have work to accomplish. It is an amazing, detailed process.

​

Having gratitude and appreciation for our identity in God gives us staying power. Each of us has work to do and a mission to fulfill. We must expect there will be opposition to our completing our mission because it is the nature of life on a darkened planet. However, the Almighty has given us every good and perfect assistance we need to be successful and overcome adversity.

 

First and foremost, we have our individual I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self watching over us and our soul. These two spiritual components of our Higher Self are described on the Chart of Your Divine Self page of this website. We have angels we can call into action for help and protection and we have the masters, including Jesus, Mother Mary, Archangel Michael, and many more we can request to overshadow us in times of trouble and even to sponsor us. And there is a growing worldwide community of lightbearers that are learning to stand together and help each other achieve higher consciousness.

​

War of Armageddon. The war described in the Book of Revelation is already raging and it is a war for the soul. Whether or not Armageddon results in an actual fight between armies on a battlefield someday remains to be seen. But the war over souls and whether they will choose the light or the darkness is being outplayed in the streets of America and around the world. Fallen angels and other enemies of the light have used the tactic of drawing souls of God into darkness to forestall their own judgment. Fallen angels have clearly been very successful at this as evident in the domination of our culture by godless music and art, pornography and violent entertainment, abortion, suicide, religious and political division, and war itself. The violence of our society agitates the soul and creates fear and a sense of alienation from life itself where instead there should be love, kindness, hope, and a sense of belonging.

​

The point here is that we must see ourselves as warriors in a battle defending our self, our soul, our family, our community, and nation against entrenched forces of death and hell that rage against all that is holy. Fortunately, this battle will not last forever and the outcome is foretold in Revelation. But the fight must be won by the people of God on Terra. Victory is never a given.

​

Disconnecting from the pop culture (aka mass consciousness). Good people can be led to doing bad things as the result of the popular culture. Only God knows how all the magnetism of worldly behavior got started. Avatars and prophets have taught that the people of God were lured down from the mountain of higher consciousness long ago by fallen angels using some of the same attractions that are active today: glamour, the allure of the decorated body, and rock-music. Yes, consider the fact that rock music was present on Atlantis and was a factor in the sinking of that continent (Flood of Noah).

​

Marijuana, nicotine, alcohol, other drugs and associated addictions leads to despair and depression, self-condemnation, alienation, and giving up. The ascended masters have named marijuana the “death drug” and have told the story how marijuana was specifically created by the fallen angels as a drug to target lightbearers. It mimics a condition of higher consciousness but opens the person to dark energies and saps the will so a user can easily get side-tracked and no longer has the wherewithal to accomplish their reason for being.

​

Add to these poisons, bad music and lyrics, extreme preoccupation with video game fantasy, and dalliance with social media and the soul and outer consciousness can fall under a very heavy weight of compounded negative inputs. The deeper a person goes, the more serious the effects.

​

Effects of unseen forces: mass entities, demons, and discarnates. No one talks much about the effects of the unseen forces of mass entities, demons, and discarnates, but it is time for the awareness of these nefarious energies to come to the surface and be talked about so that people can learn how to protect themselves against these insidious influences. Awareness of entities is particularly relevant to the subject of suicide because these energies target a person that is susceptible to thoughts of death and can influence them to commit suicide.

​

The fact that the Catholic Church maintains priests that specialize in conducting exorcisms shows that the energies we are talking about are an ongoing problem. For perspective, consider two examples in scripture where Jesus casts out evil spirits. The first concerns the casting out of spirits, likely discarnates, from the maniac of Gadara, described in Mark 5:1-20 and Luke 8:26-39. Read this scripture in the Bible and tune into the dynamics of this event. You can just see the swine running down the hill into the lake and the grateful man that has been purged of dark spirits telling everyone in his town about the miracle Jesus has brought about for him.

​

The other profound example is Jesus’ casting out seven devils from Mary Magdalene, who became one of his disciples. Mary Magdalene had not been possessed like the maniac but bore some other kind of energy of the devil that needed to be bound to restore her well-being. The teachings of the ascended masters through The Summit Lighthouse has much more information about the nature and effects of these negative forces and how to counteract them.

The following excerpt on discarnates is taken from the book Wanting to Live    Overcoming the Seduction of Suicide written by Dr. Neroli Duffy and Marilyn Barrick, PhD., published by Summit University Press (pp. 95-97).  ​

Disembodied Spirits

     "Discarnate entities are one type of entity that is often very much involved in suicide. Commonly referred to as disembodied spirits, they are made up of the personality consciousness, as it expresses through the astral, mental or etheric bodies, of those lifestreams who have passed through the change called death.

​

    "As we have seen, what happens when an individual dies depends on momentums established in life. When the physical body is laid aside, advanced souls may be taken with their three lower vehicles (the emotional, mental and etheric bodies) to etheric temples for instruction between embodiments. But those who are not spiritually awakened find that when the crystal cord is withdrawn, the consciousness of the soul, which has identified with the lower bodies, may remain in the astral realm with the three lower bodies.

​

     "It is also possible for there to be a separation of the four lower bodies at death. In this case, the soul usually remains with the etheric body, gravitating to the etheric plane. The astral body and the mental body may wander in different realms, no longer connected to the source of life

or even to the intelligence of the soul.

​

     "These entities affinitize with those on the physical plane who have similar habit patterns to their own. Those addicted to alcohol, tobacco and drugs are examples. Wherever people congregate to indulge themselves, there the entities gather. Taverns, smoking rooms and hangouts of drug users are literally packed with discarnates who attach themselves to those who are taking in these harmful stimulants.

​

     "These entities crave the sensual pleasures to which they were addicted before losing their physical bodies. They have the same desires they had before passing through the portals of death, but they no longer have a physical body through which to experience and satisfy their desires. Thus, like leeches, they tie into the nervous systems of those who are embodied (usually at the back of the neck and along the spinal column), and by so doing they can vicariously enjoy the pleasures to which they are accustomed. This transfer takes place as the result of the merging of the astral body of the discarnate with the astral and physical bodies of a person through the sympathetic nervous system.

​

     "These evil forces are a root cause of many addictions, not only substance abuse but also addiction to sex, anger, violence or hatred. One reason that any of these things is addictive is that these negative forces attach themselves to people, attempting to influence their thoughts and feelings, continually reinforcing the craving to indulge in these habits.

​

     "There are many different kinds of discarnate entities, but they have one thing in common: they want your light. They have no connection to the Source of life and light, so they want to make you release the light of your chakras by tempting you to engage in behavior that misqualifies your energy. They fuel addictions, because this is the means by which they can access the light.

​

     "All negative habits and addictions have accompanying entities that attempt to invade the body and steal the life force. These entities include those of liquor, marijuana and other hallucinogenic drugs, tobacco, sex, sensuality, selfishness and self-adulation, anger, gossip, fear, insanity, depression, lust for money, and gambling.

​

     "There are also entities of suicide. They are attracted to those who may be depressed or despondent, magnifying and intensifying thoughts and feelings of hopelessness. They seek to entice unsuspecting souls into committing suicide as a seemingly final solution to their problems."

​

Mass entities. We live in a world consisting of an energy continuum. Just as there are angels that dwell in a range of energy frequency that normally make them invisible to our sight, there are lower energy ranges where misqualified energy can accumulate. The ascended masters have identified the kinds of energies that accumulate and describe them with the term “mass entity.” Some of the energies that accumulate are anger, death, suicide, murderous intent, and the lynch mob consciousness. The various illegal, addictive drugs have their own entity such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, liquor, and tobacco. There are entities such as gossip, horror, spooks, insanity, condemnation, gambling, lust of money, voodoo, perverse sex and self-infatuation.

​

Because of the law of attraction, these kinds of energies when so qualified by people accumulate and form a mass of energy like a cloud that drifts here and there and influences people to engage in the kind of negative activity associated with the energy cloud. So for example, a person that has a suicidal thought and then starts to dwell on it and think more and more about it can draw a local formation of the suicide mass entity to themselves and other dark spirits that start to work on the person to influence them to actually commit suicide. And the fight begins between the soul and darkness and it becomes a spiritual battle. Such mass entities have no power of their own, only the energy that people have fed into them. But they can overwhelm a soul when it is in a weakened state.

​

The most powerful means at a person’s disposal to counteract mass entities is the Science of the Spoken Word described in the page of this website with the same name and also the Gift of the Violet Flame page. This science invokes intense spiritual light and the intercession of the Archangels and masters to utterly defeat entities, demons, and discarnates, and consume other negative energy, such as one’s own karma that can attract these forces.

​

Worldly and destructive pursuits have taking down lightbearers (people of God) for a long time and these traps must be avoided by our own inner wisdom, self-discipline, and the desire to have our great spiritual victory. Peer pressure must shift from promoting temptations to do the wrong thing to fostering constructive behaviors that help lift up our brothers and sisters. And parents need to be on guard and proactive to protect their children and be willing to enforce tough love by upholding positive values and righteousness.

​

Consequences of suicide. If you have lost a friend, family member, or other loved one due to suicide, I send my heartfelt compassion to you and pray for the well-being of the person and their successful transition to the heaven world. In the shocking loss of a person through suicide, there is one consolation for the persons left behind and that is the soul will not be ignored in heaven once they are able to make it there. Getting to heaven is not automatic because a person may not have enough light to draw themselves to that level. This is where prayers on behalf of the person help. The soul may have to spend a period of time in a dark place facing the “hell” they have created as a consequence of ending their own life. At some point they may be rescued by angels and taken to a better place.

​

To understand the forces that can work upon a person to drive them to suicide, consider viewing the youtube.com video of a profound and sobering interview with Angie Fenimore. Angie is a young woman that attempted suicide and as a result her soul travels to a place in hell where persons that had also committed suicide were congregated. By the grace and mercy of God, a being of light descended through the astral mire to help her and gave her the choice between life and death. She chose to live and was able to return to her living body which survived the attempted suicide, Angie wrote a book Beyond the Darkness: My Near-Death Journey to the Edge of Hell and Back to chronicle her experience. The youtube.com video is titled: "To Hell and Back Died by Suicide NDE Hell Testimony Angie Fenimore."

In the scenario where a person dies through suicide, spends time in the astral world, and is able to be rescued by angels, the treatment of the soul in heaven will be compassionate but stern. The masters and angels consider a suicide  to be a very serious event and the goal is to help the soul quickly see their mistake and get them turned around. The lesson is that God always provides a person with reasonable means to deal with any bad circumstances in life, so suicide is never a justifiable option and rescue from hell is not guaranteed.

​

Masters continue to work with the soul to prepare them for their next embodiment, which is given priority scheduling so they can get back into the schoolroom of earth quickly, perhaps within five years or so.

​

In their next life, the soul will have to come back to face many of the identical circumstances that previously resulted in suicide but this time the critical choice will be to choose life, not death. The right choices will be harder to make having chosen wrongly before, but hopefully the "scolding" and training received between lifetimes makes all the difference.

​

Here is an example of this process from the book Wanting to Live. This excerpt describes what normally happens when a person dies and transitions to heaven and contrasts it to what may happen when death is by suicide (pp. 22-30).

​

What happens when you die?

     "When a soul passes through the veil of death, it is not really the end of life, but the beginning of a new life apart from the body. Each soul's experience after death may be different, depending on the circumstances of their death and the choices they have made in that lifetime.

​

     "After the soul has left the body, the angels may come in response to the prayers and request of those in embodiment to take that soul to another plane of existence, which some people think of as "heaven." Angels wrap the soul in swaddling garments of light as that one is borne to homes of light in the heaven-world.

​

     "If the death was traumatic or untimely, the soul may be comforted by heavenly helpers. This is particularly true for children. Sometimes they sleep for a time in a lovely room, with plants and soft light and music that bathes the soul in the love of heaven. When ready to awaken, they are gently roused by angelic helpers and taken to schoolrooms where they can be instructed by angelic beings and masters of light.

​

     "Yes, there are schools and centers of learning in the heaven-world. In these schools, souls learn about the forces that came to bear in their life. They study the circumstances of life and family and the effect of that life on loved ones and the world. They are shown the tests they were intended to pass in that life. All of this is in preparation for the next step, the next assignment in the evolution of the soul.

     "But for the soul who has committed suicide, things are not quite so simple."

​

Every Suicide Goes to Heaven, Right?

     "Many of those who have gone through a near-death experience have seen glimpses of the life of the soul on other planes of existence. They often see a tunnel of light, meet angels and beings of light and experience a part of the heaven-world. However, those who have had a near-death experience due to an attempted suicide often have a very different story to tell     they find themselves in a place of darkness rather than a place of light.

​

     "Sadly, those who succeed in ending their life through suicide often do not reach the heaven-world or meet with heavenly helpers. Actually, the ones who get to heaven are the lucky ones. Many suicides do not arrive at heaven's door, but spend time in the lower levels of the astral plane, a frequency of time and space that vibrates beneath the level of the physical world.

​

     "This level of existence has been known by different names in many cultures and religions. For example, when the Catholic Church speaks of purgatory and the Christian Bible speaks of hell, this is basically a name for the astral realm, especially the lower astral plane.

​

     "Many would-be suicides who have lived through a near-death experience report that they did not go to a place of light and comfort but were temporarily located in a darker place where they could quickly learn the lessons of rejecting the gift of life. They were acutely aware of the pain they caused themselves and others and the problems that would ensue. Free from the numbing effects of the drugs or alcohol that were either the means of their death or often contributed to their death, they were now forced to deal directly with their feelings and issues    the very ones they hoped to escape. They did not find the surcease they sought, but found themselves in a place where despair and hopelessness were even greater than they had been in life.

​

     "For those who pass from life by suicide, this visit to the astral plane is only temporary, for once the lessons are learned, they are returned very soon to embodiment. The laws of life decree that they must come back into a new body. They must face once again the circumstances that caused them to take their life     the challenges they tried to walk away from. They must understand what took them out of embodiment, and then they must make correct choices and affirm life, not death. This may be difficult for the soul to face, but it is necessary. The soul has a debt to life that can only be balanced in the earthly realm, where the debt was made.

​

     "The soul returns to earthly parents, goes through the years of growing up and all that they entail. Then, one day, the soul will come face to face with circumstances similar to those faced before     the choice to live or not to live. This test will almost be like deja vu. The soul will face once again all the tests she did not pass.

​

     "If people knew this one fact alone, it could make an enormous difference. Many who consider suicide might well make a different choice if they knew where the decision would lead them."

​

A Case History from the Heaven-World

     "Miguel is a graphic example from the case histories of the heaven-world. He was born in Venezuela and later moved to America. He took up the spiritual path in his early twenties, making a break with his earlier life of cocaine and marijuana use.

​

     "But about three years later, he returned to South America and slid away from spiritual things and back into his old lifestyle, which proved deadly the second time around. After an overdose of cocaine, he collapsed in a hotel room and was dead on arrival at the hospital. The overdose may have been an accident or it may have been given to him by someone who intended to kill him. He was robbed after he died.

​

     "It was not until two months later that some of Miguel's friends learned of his death and made the calls to Archangel Michael and the legions of blue-lightning angels for his soul. The angels needed the authority of those prayers to intercede for Miguel. They were able to pinpoint his whereabouts and found him on the astral plane, sitting in a bar. (Yes, there are bars in the astral plane.) He had been partying since he died.

​

     "As can happen, Miguel had not yet realized that we was dead, and he simply continued on the astral plane what he had been doing in the physical. Miguel saw a blue-lightning angel approach, and at that moment, seeing the angel, he realized that he was dead, that he no longer had a body. He became hysterical, almost out of his mind over the realization that he was dead.

​

     "As often happen in the case of sudden, unexpected deaths, Miguel was gently but firmly taken by the angels to a place where he could rest. His soul needed this interlude to disassociate from the events of his passing and to reintegrate his emotions, his mind and his spirit.

​

     "Miguel was hysterical because he could see the state of the earth, and he feared that he would not have another opportunity to be in embodiment, to be on a spiritual path, to make the right choices to balance his karma, his debt to life, and to win reunion with God.

​

     "We have all heard the story of the dying man who sees his whole life flash before him. That in fact, is true. What flashed in front of Miguel when he realized he was dead was his life, where he went off the Path, and what his future held. In seconds, he saw it all     past, present and future all in that moment. He was not in a good place, and it was going to take a lot of work to get to where he really wanted to be.

​

     "The subtlety of the force that worked upon Miguel was the force of suicide. In effect, Miguel committed spiritual suicide long before he died, and he was ripe for the dark forces that wanted his body and his light, first through cocaine and then through death. Perhaps he did not intend to die, but he consciously made the choice to walk a path where this was the end result.

​

     "What happened to Miguel should concern us all profoundly. God gives us a great deal of freedom to make our own choices in life. Miguel took that freedom for granted and thought that because he knew about the spiritual path that he had mastery of these things. He thought somehow he could play around with cocaine and still be okay. But he drifted away, not realizing that he was going into the very jaws of death. And when the moment of transition came, he did not even know, through the haze of drugs, that he had left his body.

​

     "Miguel was a likable guy. He the life of the party and had a loving heart. But that was not enough. He had an opportunity with the gift of life that was given to him, but he squandered it knowingly.

​

     "After a short period of rest, Miguel will likely have an opportunity to come back into another body, although, with the widespread practice of abortion, a body in which to be born may be hard to come by. He will have to start all over again as an infant, a baby, a toddler, all the way up to the teenage years.

​

     "If he is fortunate, he will have parents and teachers who will help him make right choices as he matures. But he will also come up against his old habits and momentums. He will face similar situations and circumstances, and he will have to learn the lessons he was meant to learn in the life he threw away.

​

     "If Miguel could talk to us now, he would say, "It was not worth it. Don't do it! Appreciate the life that you have, and learn your lessons well."

​

False allure of euthanasia. The dictionary definition of euthanasia is: The act or practice of killing individuals that are hopelessly sick or injured for reasons of mercy." Persons in their golden years need to avoid the false allure of self-inflicted euthanasia. When you consider the reality of God within, the truth reveals that the way to “die with dignity” is to endure in the physical body until the moment God calls you home. There is a finish line, an amount of allotted time, that has been established for us before the beginning of our current life. Our goal is to make it there. And if we should be fortunate enough, if we are thriving at the end of our allotted time and still have holy work we want to do, it is possible to ask for additional time to complete good works that can pave the way for a better resurrection as referred to in scripture.

​

​

Our Golden Years should be the capstone of a life well lived. It is a good time to “prove” who we are and what we have accomplished. When a person arranges for their own death, they deny the Creator his role in completing the gift of life and calling them home at the appropriate moment to prepare for their next opportunity . All of us deal with pain, dysfunction in the body, some due to our own actions and bad decisions, some through accidents, and some due to inherited problems. It is all a part of life and the overall assignment to learn to deal with the challenges and get mastery over them, to the greatest extent possible.

Consider the following two quotes from scripture that have something to say on the subject of how we live our lives and the need to endure.

 

The Apostle Paul instructs the Galatians:

"Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." (Gal 6:7-9)

 

Paul instructs the Corinthians:

"What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s." (I Cor 6:19-20)

 

Finally, from a practical standpoint, at the end of a life, when we are dealing with the limits and discomforts of old age we have accrued, we are balancing karma at a high rate. And it makes terrifically good sense to “hang in there” and balance the greatest amount of karma we can. And at the same time, in the wisdom of age, we help hold a spiritual balance for our families and others. Every moment in the spirit is an opportunity to overcome.

It is both a prayer and a scientific teaching because of the way it asks for angelic intercession for persons that have passed on and at the same time describes the kind of help heaven is able to give to those making the transition, when it is prayed for. Each of us has the authority, through the name of Jesus the Christ, to make such a call.
